OKLAHOMA CITY – Children’s Health Foundation (CHF) is honored to announce a $90,000 grant from the W. J. Jones Family Foundation (WJJFF) to support Dr. J. Kimble Frazer’s pioneering research in pediatric cancer and immunology. The award reflects WJJFF’s longstanding commitment to advancing pediatric cancer research, which has produced major scientific insights over 17 years of partnership with CHF.
Dr. Frazer’s lab is nationally recognized for advancing understanding of childhood cancers and the developing immune system. Support from WJJFF has fueled major discoveries, strengthened research capacity, and helped attract additional scientific funding. This year’s exceptional gift also facilitated a $50,000 matching contribution from an additional donor, further expanding the resources available to move this critical research forward.
“Children’s Health Foundation is deeply grateful for the W. J. Jones Family Foundation’s remarkable generosity and sustained partnership,” said Brandon Brooks, Chief Executive Officer of CHF. “Their support drives scientific breakthroughs that simply would not be possible otherwise. This gift moves critical research forward and strengthens hope for families affected by childhood cancer.”
